What This Package Is

Rooted & Real is an eight-session coaching journey for women navigating the disorientation of faith shifts. It’s a safe, sacred space to untangle inherited beliefs, confront spiritual discomfort, and rediscover the radical love and justice of Jesus. This can be private or with a trusted friend.

This isn’t about abandoning faith—it’s about finding a faith that can hold the nuance, compassion, and courage you long for. Through guided study, storytelling, and Spirit-led reflection, you’ll be supported as you rebuild something more authentic and life-giving.

✔ Eight 1:1 coaching sessions (60 minutes each, biweekly), including pre- and post-journey calls
✔ Personalized spiritual formation practices to help you reconnect with God on your own terms
✔ Custom journaling + creative reflection prompts to process and deepen growth
